download extract

Hey guys - I have downloaded both the 64bit and the 32bit version of Vista, but once i try to extract each file the .rar says it contains 4gb worth of data but it only has a 135byte Readme.txt file visible. Any ideas?

Do not unzip or unrar the file. Do not extract any files. Burn it to a disk, "Burn Image to Disc" since it is a ISO, there should be an option in your Burning utility for burning images to a CD.
